Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is located just minutes from the city center: we can meet you at the arrivals gate with your car ready or, if you're arriving by private flight, at the agreed-upon meeting point. Find information about the airport on the Olbia Airport page.
The Isola Bianca port receives ferries from the mainland, including Genoa, Livorno, and Civitavecchia. If you arrive by boat, we can deliver your car to you at the port exit, so you don't have to take your own.
The center can be explored on foot in a few hours. Corso Umberto is the main street, with shops, cafes, and restaurants that fill up in the evening; the side streets are home to small squares and quieter bars. Not far away is the Basilica of San Simplicio, a Romanesque church built of granite in the Middle Ages.
You don't have to go far to find the sea. To the north, about a quarter of an hour away, the Pittulongu area boasts white-sand beaches popular with families from Olbia. To the south, Porto Istana directly overlooks the island of Tavolara, the large rocky mountain rising from the sea off the coast.
Heading south, in about half an hour, you reach San Teodoro, with the long Cinta beach and a lagoon behind it. A little further north, towards Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinu is a small bay with shallow, clear water, suitable for children. In August, it's best to arrive early in the morning, as the parking areas near the coves are small.
Golfo Aranci, about a half-hour northeast, is a seaside town with small beaches and a port where ferries from the mainland also arrive. Porto Rotondo, about 20 minutes north of the city, is built around the marina, with small squares, restaurants, and boutiques; from here begins the coastline leading to the Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo.
Heading inland, Gallura changes: granite hills, cork oak forests, and vineyards. Tempio Pausania, less than an hour away, has a historic center built of stone, cool even in summer. Mount Limbara rises above the town, with a mountain road offering views of much of Gallura.
This is also the land of Vermentino di Gallura, the local white wine, which you can taste in nearby wineries by reservation.
We deliver to the airport, the port, city hotels, villas, and even country homes. For the hinterland and dirt roads, our SUVs , the Porsche Cayenne S Coupé or the Land Rover Defender 110 , are more relaxed to drive. For evenings in Porto Rotondo, a Porsche 911 (992) 4S Cabriolet is a pleasant choice, while families and groups can count on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class. If you want to tour Sardinia, you can leave your car in Cagliari , about a three-hour drive south.
