Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before delivery of the car. Just contact our support team on whatsapp or by email and provide your booking number; after making sure of the reservation we will cancel it.
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- Cash (within the limits established by law);
- Credit card;
- Wire transfer.
The rental price includes the agreed mileage, vehicle maintenance, any delivery and collection in a location of your choice, all the extras requested at the time of booking, RCA insurance and roadside assistance.
The security deposit is held by the credit card through a pre-authorization, therefore not withdrawn, this means that for the duration of the rental that amount of money will not be available.
The security deposit is required to guarantee any damage to the car and/or extra km or missing petrol, to be checked at the end of the rental.
At the end of the rental, the car is checked by a member of our team: any damage not present on delivery, extra km and/or missing petrol are indicated on the rental agreement.
The timing for the re-crediting of the security deposit, depending on the type of credit card, varies from 24 to 72 hours.
If you want to change the duration of the rental, the place of re-delivery of the vehicle or add other extras, just contact our assistance team on whatsapp or by email and provide the reservation number; if possible, we will do everything to satisfy you and make your rental even more enjoyable!
